BILLING INFORMATION

📑 Stricter / Legalistic (Protective) Payment & Chargebacks All payments are processed securely through PayPal on behalf of Adventure Bears, LLC, and will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal Adventure Bears. By completing your booking, you authorize Adventure Bears, LLC to charge your card for the agreed amounts. If you have any concerns with a payment, you agree to contact Adventure Bears, LLC before initiating a chargeback so we can work toward a resolution.

📑Guest / Cardholder Name

This is the full legal name of the traveler (guest) who is also the cardholder. The name must match the name printed on the front of the credit card to ensure successful processing.

📑Card Type

The card type refers to the brand of the credit card being used for payment (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Please indicate the correct type when providing your payment details.

📑Credit Card Number

To process your payment securely, we require the full 16-digit credit card number as printed on the front of your card. This information must be provided in full without spaces or special characters.

📑Expiration Date

The expiration date is the month and year printed on the front of your credit card, typically shown as MM/YY (e.g., 04/27). This date is required to process your payment securely.

CVV - Security Code

Card Verification Value (CVV) To ensure the security of your transaction, Adventure Bears, LLC requires the Card Verification Value (CVV) at the time of payment. The CVV is a unique 3-digit code printed on the reverse side of most credit and debit cards. For American Express cardholders, the CVV is a unique 4-digit code printed on the front of the card above the account number.

📑 Billing Zip/Postal Code

The billing zip (or postal) code is required to verify your credit card. This should match the address on file with your card issuer.

📑 Formal Terms & Conditions Clause

Payment Authorization By signing below, I authorize Adventure Bears, LLC / Galaxy Travel & Cruises, LLC to charge my credit card on file for the initial deposit(s) as outlined at the time of booking, as well as for the remaining balance due on my reservation by the final payment date. I understand that this authorization applies to all charges related to my confirmed travel arrangements.

✍️ Electronic Signature Consent

By providing my electronic signature below, I affirm that I am the authorized cardholder and that my electronic signature has the same legal effect and validity as my handwritten signature. I authorize Adventure Bears, LLC / Galaxy Travel & Cruises, LLC to process charges to my credit card for the required deposits and/or payments related to my reservation.
