Double Occupancy

Perfect for guests sharing a stateroom, this option allows two travelers to enjoy the full Adventure Bears experience while sharing accommodations and value.

Single Supplement

For those who prefer the luxury of complete privacy, the Single Supplement offers the same exceptional experience within the comfort of a private cabin.

Reserving Your Place

1. Select Your Preferred Accommodation
   Choose between Double Occupancy or a Single Supplement.
2. Complete the Reservation Form
   Submit your booking details online at your convenience.
3. Confirm & Prepare for Departure
   Select “Book Now” beneath your chosen cabin category to finalize your reservation, review deposit and cancellation terms, and begin your journey.

A $400 deposit per person (or $400 for Single Supplement) confirms your reservation. Final payment is due on or before September 7, 2027.

Included Experiences & Optional Pre-Cruise Journey

Your Adventure Bears voyage includes all private group excursions, each thoughtfully curated to offer meaningful access to every destination. There are no optional add-ons or last-minute decisions—simply step ashore and immerse yourself fully in the experience.

For guests wishing to extend their journey, an optional pre-cruise land experience is available, featuring two nights in Berlin and two nights in Dresden, beginning at $1,840 per person. This bespoke extension has been designed to complement the cruise and will be unveiled in full detail closer to departure.

Planning, Transfers & Personalized Support

Following your reservation, you will receive tailored communications detailing the group host hotel, private excursions, and essential travel information. These materials will be shared no later than ten months prior to sailing, allowing ample time to prepare with ease and confidence.

For effortless arrivals and departures, private airport transfers to and from the cruise terminal may be arranged upon request. Simply advise our team in advance, and every detail will be managed with care.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

At Adventure Bears LLC, we understand that travel plans may occasionally change. Should you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, our team is here to assist, and we kindly ask that you review the following terms:

• The original $400 deposit per person becomes non-refundable for cancellations made on or after August 7, 2027.
• Once the deposit is applied, 50% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable.

Please note that these terms apply in addition to the cruise line’s cancellation policy, which may include additional fees or penalties.
