Online Reservation Form Please review the following booking details before completing your reservation: Double Occupancy Required: All cabin prices are based on double occupancy. Solo travelers must pay the single supplement rate. Single Supplement: A limited number of single-occupancy cabins are available for an additional fee. Port Taxes Included: All displayed prices include port taxes and fees—no hidden charges. Special Offer Terms & Conditions This special promotion is available for select cabins and is subject to the following terms: Capacity-Controlled: Offers are limited and based on cabin availability. Once designated cabins are sold out, the offer is no longer valid. Non-Transferable: Offers apply only to the specified cruise, date, and passenger at the time of booking. They may not be transferred to another cruise, sailing date, or person. Change Policy: Any changes to your reservation—including stateroom category, sailing date, or passenger names—may result in the loss of the promotional offer. Offer Modifications: Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The cruise line may withdraw or revise the promotion at its sole discretion.Early Booking Discount: An additional $150.00 per person discount is available on published rates for bookings confirmed with passenger names by November 30, 2025.
You can buy shore excursions in advance at a discount or on board at full price and add them to your onboard account.
Everyone in the same cabin must purchase the same package option.
Reservation Deposit & Payment Policy
To confirm your cabin reservation, the following payment terms apply: * Deposit Requirement: A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your cabin. * Final Payment Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full by August 12, 2026. The final amount will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. * Agreement to Terms: By submitting your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these payment terms and conditions.
Amadeus accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diner's Club. Type EXACTLY how it appears on your card using spaces or dashes (ie: 1234-5678-9000-4321)

Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver: 1) To qualify for a waiver of the pre-existing condition exclusion, you must: 2) Purchase the policy within 12 days of making your initial trip payment. 3) Day one is the date your first payment is received. 4) If the policy is not purchased within this timeframe, coverage for pre-existing medical conditions will not apply. How to Purchase: 1) A separate email will be sent to you with a personalized quote from Travel Insured International. 2) To purchase the plan, you must use the link provided in the email. 3) Be sure to complete your purchase within 12 days of receiving the quote to ensure full benefits.
Final payment is due on or before February 1, 2025. This card will automatically be charged for final payment unless notified of different form of payment prior to February 1, 2025.

  • Once you have paid the necessary deposit for your trip, we will email you confirmation of your booking. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. Also, remember to add Laz@adventurebears.com to your list of safe senders so that you receive all future communications from us.

  • The trip's group site will be the most reliable source for trip updates. Specifically, the FAQ section on the page offers crucial details such as passport and entry visa requirements. Additionally, approximately 90 to 120 days before your trip, we will send email updates with pertinent information—any information you need or want to prepare for your vacation.

  • 30 days before your trip, we will email you travel updates. Please review them carefully and reach out to us with any questions.
