Prefer the privacy of your own cabin? The Single Supplement Rate allows you to enjoy the full experience in your own personal space without sharing.

Rates & Booking Information
All rates are per person, with a variety of accommodation options to suit your needs. We offer Double Occupancy and Single Supplements, and can arrange Triple and Quad rates, suites, or other categories upon request.
Booking your trip is easy! Secure your cabin with just a $400 deposit per person (P/P) or $400 for a Single Supplement. The final payment will also include a port tax of $560.00 per person.

Group Host Hotel and Excursions Details
Once you’ve registered for the cruise, we’ll provide you with all the details about the group host hotel and private group excursions via email. These details will be shared no later than 10 months before the cruise departure, ensuring you have plenty of time to plan your trip.
Additionally, we’re happy to arrange airport transfers to and from the cruise terminal for your convenience. Simply let us know ahead of time, and we’ll take care of the rest!

- Your Requests Matter: Have a cabin preference? Let us know! If it’s not part of our group block, we’ll make sure you receive the best available cabin within the Adventure Bears group.
- Best of the Group: Even if your first choice isn’t available at the group rate, you’ll still enjoy a great cabin from our reserved block — ensuring you’re always part of the experience.
- More Than Just a Cabin: Booking through the Adventure Bears group rate means you get access to exclusive group events, entertainment, and community moments. While exact cabin locations can’t always be guaranteed, the shared memories and connections are what truly make your cabin special.

Adventure Bears LLC will charge a $400 cancellation fee per person if you cancel on or after April 1, 2026.
This fee is in addition to the cruise line’s cancellation policy, which may include additional penalties or charges.
