Deposit & Payment Information Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $400 per person (P/P) is required at the time of reservation. Adventure Bears will process the deposit within 72 hours after submission of the online registration form, either through the cruise line’s system or Adventure Bears LLC's credit card processing. Port Tax: A $150 per person port tax will be included in the final payment. Final Payment Deadline: The remaining balance is due the week of November 20, 2025. Payment Processing: Submitting this form does not trigger an automatic credit card charge. Payment will be processed manually as per the terms above. Terms & Conditions All prices are per person and apply to an 12 Days cruise unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on double occupancy in an entry-level category stateroom. Offers are valid only for select sailings and apply to new bookings. Solo travelers staying in a double occupancy stateroom must pay a single supplement fee. Pricing is subject to change without notice and for vessels designated in a foreign currency, packages purchased in advance may vary from onboard pricing due to timing and currency fluctuations. Guests will NOT incur additional charges, nor be issued any credits or refunds for such currency variances. Term and Conditions • Shipboard management reserves the right to add additional restrictions and revoke or cancel the Plus Beverage Package at any point during a guest’s voyage for any reason with or without a prorated refund. Additional actions may be taken if guests: o Become intoxicated. o Provide beverages to other guests or do NOT comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of the package. o Exhibit behavior that is inappropriate, a safety risk to themselves or others, or become offensive or disruptive to other cruise guests or staff. Princess Cruises may modify, amend or update the terms and conditions of our beverage packages at any time with or without notice to guests. The terms and conditions as published on Princess.com on the date of sailing will apply.

Adventure Bears, LLC / Galaxy Travel & Cruises, LLC - Payment Processing Information Thank you for booking with Adventure Bears, LLC and Galaxy Travel & Cruises, LLC! Below are the details regarding deposit processing and final payment for your cruise reservation: Deposit Processing : - Your deposit will be processed within 72 hours of submitting your online form, excluding weekends and holidays. - The deposit amount is $400 per person per cabin. Final Payment & Port Taxes: - Your final payment will include a port tax of $150.00 per person. - The final payment for the Caribbean Princess cruise is due by November 30, 2025. - Your credit card will be automatically charged starting the week of November 30, 2025 - Please ensure that your credit card remains valid beyond this date to prevent any processing issues.

CVV is a unique 3 digit code printed on the backside of a credit card - for American Express card holders is a unique 4 digit code printed on the front of the card

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment I understand that if I choose to cancel my booking with Adventure Bears LLC on or after August 30, 2025 a cancellation fee of $250 per person will be imposed. Additionally, I acknowledge that I will forfeit any deposit required by the cruise line as per their group cancellation policy. By signing below, I agree to these terms and accept the associated fees should I decide to cancel my reservation. Please note that charges on your credit card statement will appear as Princess Cruises and Adventure Bears LLC.
