Double Occupancy Rate (Per Person)
This rate applies when two guests share a cabin. It's the ideal choice for those looking to split the cost while still enjoying all the amenities and comforts of our luxurious accommodations.
Single Supplement Rate
Prefer the privacy of your own cabin? The Single Supplement Rate allows you to enjoy the full experience in your own personal space without sharing.
Booking Process
Reserving your spot on an Adventure Bears cruise is easy!
- Choose Your Accommodation – Select between Double Occupancy or Single Supplement.
- Complete Your Booking Form – Submit your reservation with all necessary details.
- Confirm & Set Sail! – Complete the online form by clicking on “Book Now” below your cabin of choice to secure your reservation, review deposit requirements, and check cancellation details.

Rates & Booking Information
All rates are per person, with a variety of accommodation options to suit your needs. We offer Double Occupancy and Single Supplements, and can arrange Triple and Quad rates, suites, or other categories upon request.
Booking your trip is easy! Secure your cabin with just a $400 deposit per person (P/P) or $400 for a Single Supplement. The final payment will also include a port tax of $150.00 per person.
Final Payment Deadline: On or before November 30, 2025
Group Host Hotel and Excursions Details
Once you’ve registered for the cruise, we’ll provide you with all the details about the group host hotel and private group excursions via email. These details will be shared no later than 10 months before the cruise departure, ensuring you have plenty of time to plan your trip.
Additionally, we’re happy to arrange airport transfers to and from the cruise terminal for your convenience. Simply let us know ahead of time, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Adventure Bears LLC will charge a $250 cancellation fee per person if you cancel on or after August 30, 2025.
This fee is in addition to the cruise line’s cancellation policy, which may include additional penalties or charges.
