Please note that the group rate does not cover certain services and expenses. These include expenditures of a personal nature, shore excursions, transfers, and other ground arrangements. Double Occupancy Rate – Per Person
This rate applies when two persons share a cabin. It's a cost-effective option allowing you and your cabin mate to enjoy the full range of amenities aboard while splitting the room fare. Ideal for couples, friends, or roommates, sharing a cabin lets you experience the cruise together at a lower individual cost. By dividing expenses, you free up your budget to enjoy more onboard activities and excursions without compromising comfort.

Single Supplement Rate – For Solo Travelers
Traveling alone? No problem. Opt for your own private cabin to unwind in complete privacy. Solo guests incur a single supplement surcharge based on the cabin category selected. This option ensures you enjoy all onboard amenities without sharing your personal space.

Additional Early Booking Discount of $150.00 per person is applicable to Published Price rates for passenger names reported by November 30, 2025. Commission for cabins and shore excursions will be paid after the cruise is complete. Reserve early to secure your preferred cabin category and occupancy option. Shore Excursion Package Options

Embark on a remarkable journey and select from a thoughtfully selected range of engaging and stimulating excursions and activities! You can opt for one of our packages, available at discounted rates if purchased in advance, or book individual shore excursions at regular rates onboard your cruise.

Payment Policy and Reservation Policy

Payment Policy:
A deposit of 10% per person is required to secure a confirmed reservation. When more than one cruise is booked, the deposit and payment policies apply to each individual cruise. The balance must be paid no later than August 12, 2026. If you wish to make installment payments, please email Laz@adventurebears.com to set up a payment plan. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.

Reservation Policy:
To secure your cabin reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please be aware that the final payment deadline was February 1, 2025.

Adventure Bears LLC, Galaxy Travel & Cruises LLC, and Amadeus River Cruises reserve the right to cancel the offer(s) at any time, correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and change or update fares, fees, and surcharges without prior notice. Full deposit payment is required by the specified due date. A standard total deposit penalty applies if a booking is canceled within the final payment period.

All offers are capacity-controlled; availability varies by sailing, and eligible staterooms may sell out. Offers are non-transferable and valid only for the specified Offer Cruise. Any changes to the booking may result in removal of submissions.
